Ram Lauwrier, founder of RAManagement started his company in 1994. The first band on the roster was David Sardy’s band BARKMARKET. Initially the idea was to set up a tour management company, but soon, actually after the first tour, he decided to combine it with band management. A lot of bands found in RAManagement a warm home, and a solid base to conquer Europe. The guide line was and still is “There are no problems, only solutions”.
In 1995 – 2005 RAManagement took care of Dutch bands like 7ZUMA7, Candybar Planet, Suimasen, Celestial Season, 35007, Spoiler, The Fury and Buy the Grace. Slowly American bands found their way to RAManagement and from 2000 on RAManagement was specialized in managing and set up tours in Europe for American bands till 2013. After the Kyuss world tour that was ongoing for more than 2 years straight Ram quit doing American bands and focused on the Dutch scene again after a sabbatical year.
Monomyth and the Devil’s Blood/Selim Lemouchi and his Enemies were the first bands, and after the Devil’s Blood ceased to exist, Elle Bandita was added to the roster. Elle Bandita soon became DOOL. The latest addition was the band Fire Horse, with Members of Peter Pan Speedrock and Birth of Joy. Due to personal reasons they ended their project by the end of 2023.
Ram is very honored to have worked with, or still (occasionally) works for, the bands shown at the bottom of this page. From behind the scenes solving problems, to giving a massage, to getting the right backline/crew/band from A to B, to getting the professional crew, to…well almost everything you can actually think of.
Ram found himself in a studio more than once to produce and mix some records. He got interested in doing so after he mixed the latest Spoiler album with David Sardy in Burbank, CA. On all Hermano records Ram was the executive producer.
On a side track, Ram also has done some artwork for CD’s and vinyl for some of his bands.

And remember,
“The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There’s also a negative side.” (Hunter S. Thompson)
